CRANZOVANIE
Crank casing is an artificial casing designed for the production of all types of cooked sausages and sausages, blood and liver sausages, pates, as well as processed cheese in the form of a ring or half-ring.
Cranzovanaya casing is produced by modern technology by the method of coex-trusion blow molding from high quality raw materials supplied by leading polymer manufacturers.
The raw materials have certificates authorizing contact with foodstuffs.
GOFRACTION
Casing corrugation is the process of compressing a large section of casing into a corrugated casing of a given size. Modern equipment allows to achieve compression ratios of 1:100 and more. All types of casings can be corrugated, and some of them are supplied to the customer only in corrugated form.
PRE-SOAKING. “INSTANT
A new service from Poly-Pak – Instant pre-soaking – is a unique and cost-effective solution for cooked sausages and pressed hams. In addition, the elimination of the soaking process guarantees the sanitary safety of the packaging and its cleanliness.
The “Instant” service claims to replace the popular and well-known corrugation without “Instant”. This service gives elasticity and strength to the casing in combination with high shrinkage and does not require pre-soaking in water. It is also versatile enough to be used for different types of sausage casings. Stably holds the impression of molds of any design.Our company offers 2 types of printing: Alcohol and UV printing.
We carry out:
printing on almost all types of casings. We offer drawing from 1 to 6 colors, including full-color flexographic method on modern four-color and six-color machines.

It is possible to apply bar, lamella and raster printing with image linearity for alcohol printing – 80 lpi, for UV printing – 120 lpi;
edge-to-edge printing for UV printing; – precise alignment for UV printing when printing on both sides;
